Kindle version has no page numbers, only digital locations.

The book is great. The problem with the Kindle version is that there are no page numbers. The book is indexed according to subjects (Bill's views on 12th step, financial insecurity, etc...) After each index item, there are page numbers, but it is impossible to find them in the kindle edition because the pages aren't numbered. If you're thinking of ordering this book, I would advise getting the hard copy edition until such time as the page numbers listed in the Kindle version are linked to their digital locations.

With no link to the table of contents (Discussion And Reading Guide) and no links to pages in the Discussion And Reading Guide; this is a terrible iteration of a venerable and useful publication. A wholly substandard venture into the digital age.
It also lacks a way to search by chapter or entry (1 to 332).
If these changes are made---This would be a 5 star book! And I would gladly revise this review.

Kindle is TERRIBLE, it is nothing like the book, it does not line up like the book at all. I can only read half of a page on kindle compare to the book. This may be the first time and the last time I would buy it from kindle, totally unprofessional.
